The Ministry is working to normalise passport services, including printing and printing applications that may have been delayed during the disruption. Applicants are advised that collection dates may be adjusted as outstanding applications are processed.
Passport Enrolment and Walk-in Applications
Due to the high number of new and renewal passport applications, online appointment slots are filling up quickly. Applicants who are unable to secure an appointment through the online passport application portal may visit their nearest immigration office to apply as walk-in applicants when online appointment slots are fully booked.
Walk-in applicants are advised to note the following: • Lover-enrolled applicants will be issued a number by staff and are requested to keep it and wait for their number to be called.
• Applicants should bring all required documents as listed on the Ministry’s website.
• Longer waiting times may be experienced due to the high volume of applicants.
The Ministry sincerely apologises for any inconveniences caused during the temporary disruption and thanks the public for their patience, understanding and cooperation.
The Ministry remains committed to providing timely and efficient passport services to the people of Fiji.
